I have been unable to get into BoldGrid

I can't seem to get my account up. I find it on hub, go to next page. It shows up on view but not on admin. Admin is just a plain page.I tried downloading boldgrid so I could practice on new pages. It says if I manually download boldgrid, I need a connect key. Can't find it.

Sorry for the problems with getting your account working. I do apologize,but we are not sure about the screens that you are referring to. Are you logging into WordPress? Or were you looking at the Account Management Panel (AMP)? BoldGrid works within WordPress, so you would need to be logging into the WordPress/BoldGrid admin. Are you logging into the WordPress administrator? The Connect key should be obtainable through the Account Management Panel (AMP). If not, then you need to contact the live technical support team for assistance with that issue.If you want us to investigate the issue further, please specify the steps you are taking and indicate the URL that you are using so that we can determine what is happening.
