No domain under domain management after transfer

Registrations And Transfers
My domain transfer status reads "Transfer complete." but apparently another step is needed. Under "Domain Management" and MANAGE DOMAIN, it shows that I have no domain. I feel caught in a void here and want back online as soon as possible. What is my next step? I thought I needed to point my domain to your name servers.

Hello RandyVG,

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your domain not showing up in AMP. I have submitted a request to our Development Team to look into this issue for you. In the meantime, I have made the change to your domain's Nameservers at the registrar. Please sllow 4-24 hours for DNS to propagate and the change to fully take effect.
