I am having a nightmare trying to log in your support ticket and I don't want to do it anymore.
I would like to cancel my subscription please and get a full refund.
If you wonder why, I just received an email from you where you show the web site of a firearms dealer; my decision is irreversible; sorry for any inconvenience.

Hello edylegrand, I'm sorry you wish to cancel your account and we're sorry for any frustration you've experienced trying to log into the Help Desk to view tickets. I do not see that you currently have any open tickets with our Support Department. Was there something you did not feel was resolved or did not receive a response from us about? Please remember, our Support Department is here 24/7 to help, and you are not required to log into the Help Desk to contact us. Our full cancellation policy can be found in our Terms of Service. Please send an email to support@webhostinghub.com or feel free to give us a call at 877-595-4482 x2 (Intl: 757-416-6627 x2). Please be sure to include account verification with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file or your AMP password. If you decide you would like to continue your hosting and would like to log into the Help Desk to view your tickets, I'm happy to help you with that. When you go to the Help Desk log in page, there is a "Lost Password?" link located just under the "Login" button. You can click on this link and retrieve a new password so that you can then log into the Help Desk. Your Help Desk user name is the same as your cPanel user name.
