Renewing a transferred domain

Registrations And Transfers
I transferred my domain to Namecheap a year ago. Why am I getting a notice from you saying you will be charging me and renewing my domain with WebHostingHub? This doesn't make any sense. Was the transfer not really a transfer? If I cancel thru you, do I lose my domain?

Thank you for your question about the renewal email that you received. The email is likely not about the domain name itself, but rather the hosting plan that may be coming up for renewal in a couple of months. You may want to contact the Live Billing department in regards to the email content as we are not allowed to discuss account-specific information here in the public area.
