I get to my dashboard for wordpress but it wont let me view home page?

My home screen on my dashboard is white when I open it. When I go to appearance to customize my website it wont let me make changes the edit links etc are gone?

Hello,

Thank you for your question about seeing a white screen instead of your dashboard. You will want to make sure to check the plugins and theme files.
