Website builder login issues assistance
<p>Hi - just join hub today! I believe I am fully registered and am now trying to create a website and I signed up for the free Website Builder software which I believe was added to my account. But the Website Builder webpage won't accept my Login email or password. The error warning says something about it is Lunix or something. Is that right? I have a Windows OS. (Right at this moment it website gets an "Server Error" and says it down for maintenance?!?) Please help! Thanks, ANStudio</p>

Hello ANStudio, Thank you for your question. I checked on this and your Builder account was setup successfully. I reset the password for you, and emailed your specific login and password to your primary email address on file. In the future, you can reset the builder password from AMP, select Details under Account & Billing, then on the bottom you will see: Website Builder • Builder Login • Reset Builder Password Select Reset Builder Password to create a new password. We run linux on our servers, that is why the Builder says that. It will work on any operating system, since it runs on a web browser. Also, keep in mind that you are not limited to using the Builder.
