Unfortunately, I was unable to replicate the issue. It could have been a momentary issue in which unfortunately, we do not have specifics to your account within these public forums. If you would like more specific information to your account and any possible issues that may have been going on with the server that houses your account, I recommend speaking with our support department that is available 24/7.

Both sites have been intermittently slow this a.m.
Loading, and for editing.

If it's not slow for you, can you please check the logs, as they might show what the problem is.

I've been instructed that the support people on this forum are more familiar with Concrete5 than the general support department, which is why i'm posting here.

thanks,

jm

Hello jmtree,

Your site is loading for me at this time, for more immediate assistance, I recommend contacting Live Support at the time the issue occurs, so they can replicate the problem in real-time.

Since I don't see any of the previous suggestions implemented, I recommend reviewing the other similar question you asked, where several troubleshooting solutions are provided.

This is a public forum, where we can troubleshoot general problems. For requests such as "can you please check the logs," you must contact support, this allows them to provide account specific information in a secure setting.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
