Can't Change or update Wordpress theme!!!
I am unable to change or update my wordpress theme in my wordpress dashboard. I have contacted them and because it is a self-hosted WordPress, they told me to contact you. In the past there was a menu at the top of (apperance > theme) where you could change or install a theme; however, I have absolutley no option and am stuck only with the one that is there. Can you please help so I can get my website going. I have an updated verison of the 'X theme' that I want to install, but I need the option to do so.

Hello, Sorry to hear about your WordPress theme update issue.What is the last thing you did prior to the issue occurring? Have you disabled all your plugins and tried to see if the issue disappears. If so, then re-enable the plugins one at a time until the error appears. When it does, you know to disable the last plugin and replace it with a new one. Or it could be a current theme issue. In that case you may need to change the theme in the database back to a default theme and then start over with the theme. Be sure to check out our WordPress troubleshooting guide to assist you.
