All accounts hosted with Web Hosting Hub have the ability to send out mailing lists. On our servers there's a limit of 250 emails sent per hour. If you need to send out more emails then are permitted, you can request that the limit raised. You can request an Email Limit Exception through your Account Management Panel (or AMP). For help logging into AMP, please read our article on accessing your Account Management Panel.
How do I request a email limit exception?
Once you have logged into AMP, you will see your subscriptions grouped in sections. Under your hosting subscription group you will see an icon named Request Email Limit Exception. To send a bulk email request:
- Click on Request Email Limit Exception icon
- The next screen will ask for information related to your request. Please fill in all the information as thoroughly as possible. Once you are done, click Submit.
A support technician will analyze your request and send you an email once a decision is made.
