In this tutorial we will show you how to access the reports in osCommerce, so you can see the recently viewed products. When you are running an online store or eshop, it is important to monitor what items are popular, so you can better target your customers.

OsCommerce makes this process easy for us, by gathering information and providing statistical reports regarding the consumer's purchasing behavior, that you can review from the Administration section of your e-commerce website.

Accessing Recently Viewed Products:

  1. Login to the osCommerce Admin panel.
  2. Click the Reports button on the left of the screen.
  3. Select the Products Viewed option under the Reports menu. The Best Viewed Products menu will list products with the most views first, and provide a count of how many views each product received.
Congratulations, now you know how to access the reports in osCommerce, so you can see how many times each product was recently viewed!
