When you first open your hosting account, one of the hardest things to find is some very basic information: the LOGIN INFORMATION! The email that you will see contains a lot of very good information including two links on starting and transferring a website. Here's a copy (minus specific customer info) of what you may see:
The most important information that you will see here is the Account Management Panel (AMP) information. The email includes both the initial login ID and the DOMAIN that you are using to register. There is a link (as indicated by the arrow above), that brings you straight to the Web Hosting Hub login page. The login looks like this:
Once you are logged into the Account Management Panel (AMP), you have access to reach the other login information. Most importantly, you can set and find the Cpanel login for your account. For further information on logging into the Account Management Panel (AMP), check out: How to Log into AMP.

Hello Melisa,
You can contact the Onboarding team directly via email at customerservice@webhostinghub.com or you can give them a call from your work, if able. Note that if you elect to send the email you will need to verify the account with the last 4 digits of the credit card used when signing up. Kindest Regards, Scott M |

How long ago did you sign up for an account? As all accounts are manually confirmed to ensure quality, it can sometimes take some time for your account to become active and to receive the welcome email.
If you have any questions about the status of your account or to have the welcome email re-sent, you may contact live support in which they will be happy to assist you. |

Hello Kimhun,
Have you already received your welcome email from our confirmations team? It should have your AMP username and password in the email. If you need this information reset then you will need to contact our technical support department for assistance. Best Regards, TJ Edens |
