What is being done? Our systems team is aware of the issue and are working to resolve the issue quickly as possible.

If you are finding your site to be unresponsive, it is possible that the server is undergoing a BetterLinux upgrade that is slowing the server. Due to the load on the server, it will make the website appear to be unresponsive. Our systems teams are aware of the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Email delivery may also be affected, but only with a short delay.

why will apply untested patches on live systems? also why are not moving us to working servers?
