Step 1: Copy the Returned Email

Copy the returned email into the form below. Be sure to start with the text that says From: and stop after the line, ------ This is a copy of the message, including all the headers. ------.

  1. forward the email to yourself To make it easier to copy the headers, forward the returned email to yourself.
  2. copy the text headers After the forwarded email arrives, highlight the headers ( as mentioned above and screenshots to the right)
  3. Copy and paste the headers into the form to the right, and click Submit.
