I'm trying to cancel the registration for a domain I own. I went to the AMP, and clicked on "details" under "Account & Billing". The domain is listed there, but there isn't an "x" next to it to clock on to cancel. There's a "Make Changes" link and none of the options under it are allowing me to cancel. How do I do it?
Apologies for the trouble with canceling a domain in AMP. If you registered the domain through Web Hosting Hub, then it would be a subscription. Currently, you cannot cancel subscriptions through the interface if the domain is your primary domain. However, you can quickly do this by simply contacting our live support team through email/chat/phone. You can also contact our Billing department. You will need to provide verification of the account with either the AMP password or your last 4 digits of the credit card on the account.
If you are trying to cancel your primary domain, you will either need to close the account or replace with another domain name. If you are trying to cancel due to a technical issue, please let us know. We would happy to help if possible.
