Step 1: Copy the Returned Email

Copy the returned email into the form below. Be sure to start with the text that says From: and stop after the line, ------ This is a copy of the message, including all the headers. ------.

  1. To make it easier to copy the headers, forward the returned email to yourself.
  2. After the forwarded email arrives, highlight the headers ( as mentioned above and screenshots to the right)
  3. Copy and paste the headers into the form to the right, and click Submit.
