Hello,
I have a problem to transfer my domain from HOVER
In the AMP you ak me if :
"Do you have access to the admin email (dataviz-factory.com@contactprivacy.com)?"
wich I don't have.
With HOVER I have this adress :
jean.mercier@dataviz-factory.com
With you I have jeanmercier@dataviz-factory.com

Do I have to create this adress with HOVER or with you ? and how can i create an adress finishing with @contactprivacy.com ?

Hello dataviz-factory,

Thank you for your question. When you transfer a domain, part of the process is sending a confirmation email to the Admin email listed in the Whois.

You must have access to the email address to confirm the domain transfer. Since it looks like you have domain privacy on, I recommend contacting our existing registrar, so they can remove privacy from your domain, or setup a forwarder to an email you can access.
