Thank you for your question. When you transfer a domain, part of the process is sending a confirmation email to the Admin email listed in the Whois.
You must have access to the email address to confirm the domain transfer. Since it looks like you have domain privacy on, I recommend contacting our existing registrar, so they can remove privacy from your domain, or setup a forwarder to an email you can access.
