I went to the password folder protection area and was entering another user and turns out I put it on a new folder evidently although I thought it was on the proper one. I started looking for evidence of a password protected folder but could not find it. I still can log in on a browser and must login so I know there is a folder there and I cannot locate it.

Hello jccravens,

Thank you for your question regarding locating a password protected folder. Here is a link to a full article on how to password protect directories.

You can view password protected directories, in cPanel by selecting Password protect directories under Security in cPanel. Protected folders will appear with a padlock beside them, left-click them to view more details. Any users will be listed on the bottom, if you don't see any listed, then no users have been added yet.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
