You will want to at contact our Live Support department (open 24/7) with the issue. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Also, include all the steps you are taking so the support agent can duplicate the issue and troubleshoot from there.
