Hello johnbas03,

I noticed the domain name is currently expired. You will want to renew the domain before transferring it over to us here at Web Hosting Hub, as the rules governing the guaranteed transfer of domain names between registrars only apply to non-expired domains. Once you have renewed the domain with the current registrar, you will be able to transfer it. Below is a link to instructions on doing that:
