I cannot set-up email with Outlook 2014

I am trying to set up my email with Outlook 2013 and I keep getting errors about the incoming and outgoing servers. I'm trying to set up a secure SSL, IMAP account and my domain is being forwarded to WebHostingHub, so I'm using mail."mydomain".com and I'm using incoming Port 993 and outgoing Port 465.

Thanks for posting your question about the issues you are having setting up Outlook. I'm sorry to see you are experiencing issues. We have a step by step guide for setting up Outlook 2013. That guide will assist you with setting up Outlook. If your settings are all correct, then I recommend you review the DNS for your domain. It may not be routing properly.
