Unable to access email

My iPad says I cannot receive any email because my server is down . What do I do?

I have been unable to receive any email on any of my devices since around 1:30pm pacific time, all I get is a message saying the request timed out. As you can imagine email is vital to me so not being able to check my email is a VERY big deal. :(

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to get to your email. It's possible that the issue is temporary. First try logging into your email through Webmail. The format in a browser for the webmail URL is typically something like domain.com/webmail. You can also find the instructions here How to login to webmail.
