Hi tedson5,

I'm sorry to hear of the missing emails, hopefully we'll be able to help. When checking your email, there are two protocols you can use, IMAP and POP. The answer to your question depends on how you've been checking your email.

Let me explain.

When you check your with POP, you download and remove the email from the server and store it on your computer. This allows you to store more email and loads faster than the other protocol, IMAP.

When you check your email with IMAP, the email is left on the server, and you simply connect to the server each time you want to view your email.

For more information on POP vs IMAP, please see How to check your email.

If you have been using IMAP to check your email, then the email should still be on the server. All you need to do is setup your email account once again.

If you however have been using POP, the email has been downloaded and removed from the server, so unfortunately there would not be any email on our servers.

Do you by chance know what happened to your email? Did your laptop crash or did you mistakenly remove the email?

I hope this helps answer your question. Be sure to post in the comments if you have any further questions, I'm more than happy to assist further.

Thanks,
- Brad
