Thank you for your question. The error you are getting: "Cannot Send mail a copy..... The recipient email@example.com was rejected by the server," must be handled on a case-by-case basis, since there are few reasons you would get this error.
First make sure in your outgoing settings you are using your full email address (such as: firstname.lastname@example.org) as your username. You can also view your full email settings in cPanel.
