My Opencart Store is receiving orders bur they are going to missing

I receive an order thru my website and the paypal transaction goes thru. I get notified by paypal but the order goes to missing and does not show on my dashboard. I have triad looking at the order status and what not but everything I have tried to this point has not corrected it. Please help

Hello,

I'm sorry that you're having problems with your OpenCart store and Paypal. The problem is that we need more info. If you want us to look at your site issue specifically, we'd need to see the website and have access to your admin. What version of OpenCart and Paypal extension are you using? We also need a description of the exact steps you're taking to duplicate the process.
