We would need more information in order to be able to assist you. What version of OpenCart are you running? What are the specifics of the error? Does it only occur with downloadable products or does it occur also with physical products? Are you able to give specific steps so we can create the same environment to duplicate the error so we can troubleshoot it? Do you have any special extensions installed?
