Let's start with the general information on the login first. Your login user name and password for the Builder are NOT the same as your Account Management Panel (AMP) login. Even if you have changed the password for the Builder in AMP, the important thing to remember is that your user name is based on the cPanel user name. You can find this information in AMP under Technical Details for your account.
