How do I log into my Builder control panel?

Everytime I try to access my web builder from AMP, I can't. I even reset my password and it still doesnt let me access with my passwords. What do I need to do?

Hello Merilee@sweetchicriders.com, I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with logging into the Builder. I cannot tell by your post how you're logging in, and you should not post that information anyway, since it could be compromising your login information. Let's start with the general information on the login first. Your login user name and password for the Builder are NOT the same as your Account Management Panel (AMP) login. Even if you have changed the password for the Builder in AMP, the important thing to remember is that your user name is based on the cPanel user name. You can find this information in AMP under Technical Details for your account.
