I'm sorry you are having trouble with your connection between Fios and our server. In testing I was unable to duplicate the connection error from my own Fios connection. I do have a test you can run so we can try and determine the location of the disconnection.
When you are experiencing any downtime on the site, please follow the ping and trace test during the time of the issue send in the results to firstname.lastname@example.org.
This will supply us with data we can use to help pinpoint the cause of the disconnection. Sometimes a server can be latent or even go down temporarily due to heavy load, but there are just as many times the issue lies within the network of servers and lines that lie between your computer and the server, outside our network, or even within the Internet Service Providers routing services.
This test helps us to find and identify where this may be. Additionally, please provide us with your IP address as there are times when your IP address may have been inadvertently blocked from the server.
