It says I used it once and seeming won't down load it again. I am not using it in any of my accounts. I thought I would try it again. Is this not possible?

Hello fly2me5, and thanks for the question.

It looks like your account has already had the Premium Website Builder setup on it. But currently it doesn't appear to be linked to a specific domain, so this might be why you're experiencing some issues.

It doesn't look like the current site that is created in the Builder has any content aside from the default content for the selected template. So I'm assuming you're probably looking to start over from scratch.

In order to do this we'd need to know which of your domain names you'd like the Premium Website Builder to publish to. You could also update this yourself from the Builder interface by accessing the following URL:

Premium Website Builder Login

You should be able to click on the "Forgot your password?" link and then fill in your username and e-mail address to have your password reset.

Once you're actually logged in to the Builder you want to enter the current non-published site you have [c0f5edd51891e63a61890ef94fc59f1f] and then go to the [Publishing Settings] tab to update what domain name you'd like to publish to.

This also might be best handled for you via a support ticket if you're having any issues at all getting this taken care of on your own.

In order to submit a ticket, please shoot an e-mail to (support@webhostinghub.com) being sure to include your username, and the original cPanel password of your account or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file for verification. Or you can submit a ticket directly through our support interface here:

Please let us know if you have any further questions at all.
