The Fantastico cannot be updated per cpanel, it is updated on a server level. I am not quite certain of the error you are getting but am happy to check into that. I would need your current cpanel password to access the Fantastico portion of your account, however.
You can send that specific information to firstname.lastname@example.org Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. As we do not actively monitor that address, be sure to leave a comment below so we know the information was sent.
