My website is down and displays my server and ip address
I recently installed SSL certs. Does that have anything to do with it?

Hello, Thank you for contacting us today. Part of the SSL installation requires that you setup a dedicated IP address. When a new IP address is assigned it may cause intermittent issues until it fully propagates, which can take up to 24 hours. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
