I'm sorry you're having trouble with timeouts on your site. Can you please submit the results of your ping tracert tests to our Support Department at email@example.com? We would like to take a look at those results so we can help you resolve this as soon as possible.
The only folders that contain possible site files in your account are currently password protected, so I was unable to review load time for anything other than the default page. The default page loaded quickly without issue.
