Thank you for your question. As a test I installed Webcalendar from Softaculous, and was able to login successfully without any errors.
If you are installing manually, I recommend using Softaculous to install the WebCalendar.
If, you installed Webcalendar using Softaculous originally, then I recommend uninstalling it, then reinstalling from Softaculous.
