Hello Baking31@gmail.com,

If you mean a tagline that appeare below the main Title header of your page, you are in luck!

To add a subtitle, by-line, tagline, slogan, or whatever else you want to call it, simply log into your wp-admin. From there, go to the Settings category and select the General option. You will see a field named Tagline. That is where you will enter your new by-line so it shows up between the header and the image on your current Wordpress site.

I have an article named
How to Change Your WordPress Site Title or Tagline that walks you through doing just that.

I hope this answers your question. If you have any more questions or information specific to the issue please leave a comment below so we can further assist you.

Good Luck with your site!
Scott M
