In the previous tutorial we discussed the layout of the cPanel Admin page, we will now cover using the video tutorials. One of the great things about the cPanel is that there are built-in video help guides for almost every feature that the software provides.  cPanel does a lot and can be overwhelming at first if you have not used it before, but the help videos will show you step by step how to complete different functions available.

To access the help videos, first click on one of the tasks available in your cPanel.  For example, we will use both the "Backups" and "Forwarders":

videos1 videos2

As you can see, in both selections there is a "Video Tutorial" button towards the top of the page.  Once that button is clicked, the video tutorial will automatically display.  You can pause the video at any time if you want to complete the steps along with the video.

In the next tutorial in our getting started in cPanel series we will discuss changing your cPanel password.

Hello Regina,

Webmail is just logging into your email account via your web browser. For example, "example.com/webmail" would take you to your webmail login where you will enter the email address and password. (replace example.com with your own website name)

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
