How do I renew my domain which is expiring without having to renew my hosting which isn't expiring? I am only given the option to renew both domain and hosting when clicking the 'make changes - renew' process...
Thanks

My case is nearly the same, but the expired date came and, suddenly without any advise from WHHUB, we can not access to the HOMEPAGE, instead some page appears.

Hello Joel77,

Thank you for contacting us. You will have to contact Live Tech Support, so they can set your hosting plan to expire.

Thanks John, but you misunderstood my question. I don't need my hosting to expire. What I need is the option where it is not mandatory to renew my hosting (it has 2 years left) when I try to renew the my domain name (now expiring). The domain name was a first year free benefit when I purchased a 3 year hosting plan. So I have no need to renew a 3 year hosting when all I need to renew is the domain name...
So, when I try to renew the domain name I am stuck with a selection of renewing both hosting and domain name as one entity (not two...).
Please help?

Hello Joel77,

Your domain and hosting package will autorenew by default, usually a week or 2 before the renewal date. You can view your Renewal Dates in AMP.

This will not require any steps on your part, and you will receive an email receipt upon renewal.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
