Cant login into cpanel

I changed the password following the online support docs, but even then I cannot login to Cpanel.

I'm sorry you're having trouble logging into cPanel. Are you logging in from within AMP or through the cPanel URL? When you are logging in, please be sure you are using the correct cPanel user name.

If the issue continues, please feel free to send an email to support@webhostinghub.com and provide the cPanel user name and password you are using. Please also be sure to include your AMP password or last 4 digits of the credit card on file for account verification.
