when it opens there is no inbox massage what is the problem.please help me.

Hello!

Thank you for posting your question for assistance with your Webmail not working properly. It's possible that the file/folder permissions for the email account are not set correctly. I recommend that you restore the cPanel account that the email account was created under from a backup made at the time when the email account was working.
