Hello livnbaby2, Great question! JavaScript would be a great solution for this type of form. While checking into this for you, I see that you already have some JavaScript on your site (for your banner) so it looks like you are at least familiar with JavaScript. You can use JavaScript to create the type of form you are looking for, but of course there will be a bit of a learning curve as you will want to become a little more familiar with JavaScript. I found some resources online which provide more information on JavaScript as well as code examples for various forms: JavaScript Examples - The general use order form and Interactive JavaScript forms would be good starting points. JavaScript Source is a resource that includes code examples. JavaScript information and tutorials Finally, this is a great way to test and edit code in an online editor: jsFiddle.
