Change payment method .

Hi WebHostingHub team,

Kindly, I am interested in starting a website but I have some questions please. If I payed my first year payment through my Visa card and then the next year I wanted to change my payment through another Visa card, is this available? and how I can change it in the future?
Second, If after a year and when the next payment need to be done and my Visa card was inactivated for a while, will I lost my website?
This is because I live in a country now for a 1 year and I will get my visacard connected with a local bank and then I will travel to another country and my Visa card will be changed because the first one will be inactivated and I need to apply for another one in the other country. I don't want to loose my website if I was unable to pay for just few days. Kindly please, I hope that you can help me and advise me with this issue.

Hello Shumoos, and thanks for your question.

You can always update your billing info in AMP, as well as add new payment methods to your account. So yes, if you wanted to change your billing to another credit card in the future, that would be fine.

You won't lose your website if you can't pay for a few days. However if you do fail to pay on your account in a timely manner you could lose access to the server and eventually have your website files removed if you do not contact us at that time to let us know your billing situation.
