Sorry to hear about the trouble you are having importing a database, I have forwarded your post to the management team. I can definitely understand your frustration.
Initially, I see your database name you are connecting to is incorrect.In the error it states:
#1044 - Access denied for user 'clockr6'@'localhost' to database 'clockregister'
The database name should have your cPanel username appended to the beginning, for example:
You can view your database names in cPanel:
- Login to cPanel
- Under Databases, click the MySQL Databases button.Under Current Databases you will see your database names.
I do not know why the link is not working for your, I tested it successfully. See if this works for you:
If your problems persist, please upload a database backup (using ftp
or the cPanel file manager
) into your account's home folder and email firstname.lastname@example.org
for further assistance. Please be sure to include the filename, what database you want the file imported to and account verification (either your AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file).
This will create a ticket for our support team, and they will email you back upon restoration of your database.
