Tickets Are Not Working?

So I made two verified support tickets(the second one to see if I hadn't made a mistake with the first) asking to cancel the auto renewal of my hosting plan. I havn't recieved emails even to confirm that the tickets are in the system. The date for renewal is closing in so I need to be sure that it went through.
