Awstats not updating

Please since I purchased my hosting account from you last year around June, your awstats worked for me for about four months and it stopped, since then I'd have to contact support center before someone manually update it for me, and it will work for the next three days and stop again. They always reply that I should use Google Analytics which I don't want to use. They always promise they are working on it but still the same. Please the awstats is actually giving Webhosting Hub a bad name.

Hello Crusader,

Our Systems team is currently testing a fix for the Awstats issue. This should greatly improve the speed at which it runs for a serer and ensure all accounts on a server get updated.

In the meantime, our Live Support Team can certainly run awstats for your individual account. To do so, you would need to contact our support department at with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
