Cpanel backup - Where?

Attempting to follow your instructions for copying a Cpanel backup. They read:

Using FTP, upload the cPanel backup to your Web Hosting Hub account.

This doesn't specify which directory, if any, where the file should go. I don't assume anything, so can you please let me know for sure where to put it?

Hello Accroya,

When it comes to full cpanel backups, our Systems team will be taking over and restoring it after it is uploaded. This means as long as it is uploaded to the account, they can find it. Most people, however, typically upload it to either the home directory or the public_html directory.
