cPanel Error

Whenever I attempt to access cPanel, I receive the following error page: Fatal error: Call to a member function getKey() on a non-object in /opt/php/src/application/controllers/IndexController.php on line 1027

I'm sorry you are having trouble logging into your cPanel. I was able to get in here, but to fully check and test, I will need some more information. Were you trying to log in via your AMP or are you using the direct link (

Also, I may need the specific information for your account so I can access the same as you to test it. That would be the current AMP password along with the current cpanel password. You can send that specific information to Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. As we do not actively monitor that address, be sure to leave a comment below so we know the information was sent.
