Cpanel Username and Password

My account was disabled for a little bit of time yesterday, I reinstated it but now when I try to login with my username and password it does not work.

To ask this user for more information, please first login.

I created a new one but I can't see my website there. The domain appears but my website and sub domains are not stored there.

Sorry to hear you're having problems with your hosting account. There are several notes on your account that indicate that the issue is being addressed. There are also a few notes indicating that your chat was interrupted or dropped - this is typically caused by network disruptions (bad connection with the chat client).
