first time and am unsure how to start creating website. I cannot log into builder as it says incorrect password and user name. Help.

Hello TDiane,

If you're having trouble logging in, you might best be served if you called into Technical Support. They can help you live over the phone.

Otherwise, I have already emailed your cpanel user name, which is also the same as your Builder login user. I do not know what your password is (we cannot see it). However, you can RESET your Cpanel and Builder password in the Account Management Panel (AMP).

There 2 main logins (3 if you include the Builder program):

1) Account Management Panel (AMP) - this is the login that uses your email address - you will have received an email to setup the login for this account

2) Cpanel login - this is the backend for managing your emails and website files. This login involves a user name that is assigned to you. The user name is detailed in the Account Management Panel (AMP) under ACCOUNT & BILLING -DETAILS. You have go to the subscription information and click on DETAILS again in order to see the user name. I also emailed this directly to you earlier.

3) Plesk Premium Builder LOGIN- The user name uses the same login use as the Cpanel, and AMP lets you reset the password for the Builder if necessary.


The links I gave in my last reply also include how to start working on building a website. Please read and follow those directions. They give you information step-by-step.

You might be asking, "Where do I start?" - you should be starting with the Account Management Panel (AMP). Please log in there first, and then work toward understanding your Cpanel and Builder login. If you have not done so already, you may also need to setup the Builder on your account. But according to what I see on your account, it's already setup.

Once you have figured out how to login to the Builder (there's a direct link to it in AMP), then you can go to the tutorial that walks you through using the Builder to create a web page.
