I want to remove a chat component but I can't access to the cPanel to do that

Hello Miguel9,

If your site is currently suspended you will not be able to access the cpanel to make any changes. To find out why and have the Systems team work with you to have the site unsuspended you will need to send in a ticket to our support center.

To do so, you would need to contact our support department at support@webhostinghub.com with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
