I cannot create an email account

I get an error message (file not found) when I try to create an email account. I also get an error message when trying to download a forum or survey to my website (that file already exists).

A while back I remember deleting some files and I didn't know what I was doing..... this could possibly be the issue...

Hello,

I see that you contacted the Live Support Department regarding your question and it seems to have been resolved. The issue was a missing passwd file on the account. This is very rare, but I am glad to see that they were able to handle that for you.
