I require cpanel logins for the host so our builder can set up MySQL database(s) as wordpress uses datebases to store blog data.

We cannot provide you with your cPanel credentials via this public forum as it would be a security risk for everyone to see them, but you may view your cPanel username, and reset your password via AMP at any time.
