My account has been suspended

I received an email stating that my account has been suspended because it created system overload.

I only use my hosting for emails, so I'm not sure what is going on! I replied to the email, and to the ticket they created as well, and all I get is the link to the support center!

The only thing that changed since yesterday in my account was the creation of one email account! I have not uploaded any files or anything of the sort.

Please help!

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your account! Unfortunately, we have no authority to unsuspend accounts. You will need to contact live support via phone, email or chat. Make sure that you have your verification information (last 4 digits of the credit card on the account or the AMP password). They will be able to help you resolve this issue!
